Hi! I am Catarina from 5ºA. My understanding of this expression is that in some circumstances, like a discussion and/or a conflict situation we should give time to think and to calm down before taking any action/decision.
Hi, I'm José Tomás (5ºA). I think this expression means that people after a conflict or a discussion should take it easy and hope that this feeling of anger goes, because sometimes we say things we do not want and that we may later regret.
