  3. Hello thecher I am Inês Sequeira the class 5ºA.

Perched atop a skyscraper, was a Portuguese, an Englishman and a Frenchman to do a contest. They had to send the watch down there and try to catch it before it hit the ground.

The Englishman threw his clock was running, took the elevator, but when we got down there, the clock had already broken down. With the French did the same thing.

The Portuguese sent the watch, lay down to sleep, drank coffee, went down the stairs slowly and still arrived in time to catch the clock.

    - How did you manage? - Asked the other two.

    - It was easy! Delayed the clock two hours!

  4. Hi!!! I am Inês Sequeira the class 5ºA.

There once was a Portuguese, an Englishman and a Frenchman who was on top of a bridge.

Who crossed the river without wetting the hair, could go home.

The English put a plastic bag on his head, but wet hair.

The French put a cap, but also got wet.

The Portuguese did not put anything on his head, crossed the river and not wet hair.

    Why?

    Why was bald!

I will now say the meaning of this expression.
It means that we should think before we say something. If we want to speak, we should think about what we are going to say, to make sure that it is not a bad or a offensive thing.
